Louvre at Century Park takes inspiration from the famous Louvre Museum in France. The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into our building is our focus on art that creates an elegant atmosphere. All of our 358 suites are named after history’s most famous artists such as Warhol, Van Gogh, Matisse and Picasso. Beyond the artistic motif, our building is loaded with features and amenities that make living in Century Park comfortable, easy, fun and safe. Our seven-story building has spacious studio, one, two, three and work/live units, as well as 5 commercial units for entrepreneurs looking to set up shop in Century Park. We have suites built to accommodate tenants who live alone, with a friend or spouse, or with their family. The interior architecture in our lobby matches our artistic motif and features murals by local artists that contribute to the inviting atmosphere. Louvre at Century Park is a pet friendly building. We love seeing your furry friends walking around our building and community. We want your pets to live comfortably just as much as we want you to. Our tenants with canine friends get exclusive access to Century Bark, our 2.5 acre gated dog park. There, you and your dog can play and make friends with others in our little community.Â
Our building features a covered loading dock that makes move-ins easy and stress-free. With four elevators, including an oversized freight elevator, you won’t need to worry about waiting forever to get up to your unit, or carrying heavy furniture up stairs. Every floor has convenient storage facilities for anything you can’t fit in your unit. Whether you own a car or a bicycle, we have storage available for those as well. We have a separate bike storage area on the main floor so you won’t need to wheel your bike up to your apartment. Our building has a secure and heated underground parking lot with spaces available for a monthly fee.
We provide multiple fitness amenities to help you maintain your health. Our fully equipped fitness facility is filled with cardio machines, free weights, and weight machines to accommodate whatever workout routine you have. Work on your swing in our state of the art golf simulator so you’ll always be ready to hit the links (and maybe even lower your handicap) during the summer months. Work on your flexibility and mental fitness in our yoga and meditation room that has space for multiple people so you can start a yoga group with members of the Louvre community. We also have a number of fitness coaches that come in and host different classes, so you have endless options!
There is no shortage of communal lounging space at Louvre. Our beautiful interior courtyard features manicured gardens, seating space for you to enjoy the company of other community members and guests. In the center of the courtyard is a metal sculpture depicting our inspiration, the Louvre Museum. Play board games, card games, do arts and crafts in our hobby and craft room. Relax with a good book in our library that is full of comfortable furniture and provides a quiet, yet regal atmosphere. Enjoy a meal with your friends in our kitchen lounge area.
